These terms govern access to and use of the Creatiq platform (AI agents Aria, Léa, Nova) by business customers and authorized users.
2. Service
Creatiq provides configurable AI agents, knowledge base, qualification tools, and optional CRM sync.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for credential confidentiality and activity under your account.
4. Data and compliance
You must inform your end users about AI agents and obtain required consents. Creatiq provides technical mechanisms but does not replace your legal obligations.
5. Intellectual property
Creatiq retains platform rights. You retain your data and content.
6. Limitation of liability
Service provided as-is. AI responses may be inaccurate. Supervise sensitive interactions.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations.
