Creatiq (« we ») operates the Creatiq AI agent platform (Aria, Léa, Nova).

Depending on enabled modules: identity and contact data, AI conversation content, session metadata, BANT scores, and consent logs.

Operator accounts include email and password (Supabase Auth).

Provide AI agent services, qualify leads, optional CRM sync, security, compliance, and service improvement.

Application data hosted in Canada via Supabase (ca-central-1 when configured).

AI processing by Anthropic (claude-sonnet-4-6) — subprocessor with servers in the United States. Conversations are sent to Anthropic. Cross-border transfer disclosed.

Anthropic Data Processing Agreement: managed under the applicable contract and updated as regulatory requirements evolve.

Optional CRM sync (e.g. Airtable): region depends on client's CRM account.

We collect explicit consent before collection via conversational interfaces and forms. Each consent is timestamped with policy version and channel.

Inactive leads/contacts are deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

Partial CSV export available in-app. Full requests processed within applicable legal timelines.

Multi-tenant isolation (RLS), encrypted CRM secrets (Supabase Vault), session authentication.

Aria, Léa, and Nova are AI assistants and identify themselves as such at first contact.
